GENERAL INFORMATION:

There is never an entry fee to play Pop Quiz Team Trivia^©.

The Pop Quiz Team Trivia^© game rules and format will be used for the Tournament.

Only the Los Angeles Locations featuring Pop Quiz Team Trivia^© that are listed on this website are participating in this tournament.

ELIGIBILITY: Teams of 1-5 members are eligible to play Pop Quiz Team Trivia^© and compete to qualify for the tournament to win the grand prize.

Absolutely no use of electronic devices is allowed during the game.

This includes but is not limited to; Cell Phones, iPhones, Blackberries, ipads, Laptops. 

During the entire Pop Quiz Team Trivia^© game; once a team has turned in their answer to a question, team members are allowed to leave their table. Any team members leaving their team's table prior to an answer being turned in will result in a disqualification for that answer and no points will be awarded.

*YOU MAY ONLY PLAY POP QUIZ TEAM TRIVIA^© AT ONE LOCATION DURING JULY TO QUALIFY FOR THE TOURNAMENT. ANY MEMBER OF A TEAM PLAYING AT MULTIPLE VENUES DURING THE MONTH OF JULY (TOURNAMENT QUALIFYING) WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME INELIGIBLE FOR THE TOURNAMENT AND ALL OF HIS/HER TEAMS AT ALL LOCATIONS WILL ALSO BE DISQUALIFIED FROM  TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY. 

HOW TO ENTER: Play Pop Quiz Team Trivia^© weekly at any ONE of the locations listed on this website during the month of July. The 3 teams with the highest cumulative score for the trivia games during July at each location are automatically entered into the tournament.  Team names will be posted on this website as of August 1, 2010.

The host at any of the Pop Quiz Team Trivia^© locations has the right to disqualify any participants that are in violation of any of the above rules or are disruptive to the running of the show or interfere in any way with fair play.

FINALS: The Tournament Championship will be held:

**the location for the tournament will be one of the participating locations for the qualifying during the month of July. There is no advantage in the qualifying rounds or the tournament at this location. All locations are abiding by the same rules and regulations stated on this page.

GRAND PRIZE: $1,000.00 Cash Purse awarded the night of the Tournament; Sunday, August, 15, 2010.

ADDITIONAL PRIZES: Teams finishing in 2nd, 3rd  will be awarded prizes.

All contestants by participating in the tournament authorize the use, without compensation of his or her likeness and/or photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Dreambuilders Multi-Media may deem appropriate.

Dreambuilders Multi-Media reserve the right to amend any of these rules and regulations for the Tournament without prior notice.
